TUITION & FEES
Tuition: Rates are for the full season (August – Beginning of June). Payments are DUE on the 1st of the month. A $15 late fee will be added to your account if received after the 10th. A 10% sibling discount will be given on the smaller tuition fee. NO discounts will be given for Company, costumes, or any other fees.
Costumes: Most classes will have a costume fee. Costume fees are due November 1st. There will be a late fee of $15 after November 1st. If your dancer has 3 or more costumes, half is due on Nov 1st and the balance is due Jan 15th. There will be no costume refunds after Dec 1st. Costumes will not be sent home until they are paid in full. No Costume refunds once costume has been ordered
Annual Recital: At the end of each Season – specific dates and times will be announced at a later date. Recital fee is due March 15th.
Tuition can be paid monthly or by semester. Monthly tuition is due on the first of the month by automatic draft (4% credit card processing fee) to avoid this fee please feel free to opt out of automatic payments and pay by cash or check. A late fee of $15 will be added to each account that is not paid by the 10th of the month.
Checks: are payable to A Time to Dance or ATTD. Put your child’s name and the month you are paying in the memo. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for any returned checks. Note: you can add ATTD to your online banking or bill pay to have your monthly tuition paid automatically.
Cash: Place exact amount in an envelope with students name, amount, and month.

Private lessons
Most instructors are available for private lessons. All private lessons must be facilitated through ATTDS communication either by email (info@atimetodance-studio.com or by phone (940-498-4000)

TUITION POLICIES
Tuition rates are for the full season (August through mid June, including studio holidays).
Tuition is based on how many classes there are for the entire season, not by the number of classes per month.
A full season includes a minimum of 35 classes/rehearsals. Tuition can be paid monthly or by semester.
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of every month. Automatic draft is available (run between the 1st-5th of every month) (There is a 4% credit card processing fee per transaction).
To avoid this fee please feel free to pay by cash or check.
If you opt out of automatic draft, remember that if tuition is not paid by the 10th of each month, a $15
Late Fee will be added to your balance.
To make Semester Payments, the Fall semester must be paid by Sept 1st and Spring semester must be paid by Jan 15th.
